Dr. Baker brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to education, having been an integral part of the Spalding educational community since 2005. Her career spans nearly two decades, during which she has held pivotal roles ranging from classroom teacher to district-level administrator. Most recently, Dr. Baker served as Deputy Superintendent and Director of Compliance, where she oversaw critical initiatives to enhance organizational performance and ensure adherence to educational compliance and standards.
Beyond her administrative roles, Dr. Baker is an esteemed Adjunct Professor, sharing her expertise with future educational leaders since 2014. Her academic insights and commitment to student-centered leadership have enriched both the professional development landscape and the broader educational community.
Dr. Baker holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University, a Master of Education degree, and a Doctor of Education degree from Northern Arizona University. Her academic achievements underscore her dedication to lifelong learning and her deep-rooted passion for advancing educational practices.
