SEI collects personal information from our users in several different ways.
Registration is required in order to place purchase orders from this website. You do not, however, have to register to browse this site. Registered Users are required to provide their name, email address, zip code, phone number and a password of 5-16 characters in length.
When placing an order from this website, Registered Users are additionally required to provide Order Information including financial information such as credit card number, expiration date, billing address, billing phone number; and a shipping address. This information is collected from a secure web page and encrypted for our customers' protection.
When placing an order via telephone or facsimile Customers are required to provide a name, shipping address; financial information such as credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and billing phone number. This information is entered by us into a password-protected database for fulfillment. Paper copies of the orders are kept in a locked filing cabinet.
If you communicate with us via e-mail, personal information in the e-mail may be collected.
Only those employees or contractors with a need to know (e.g. for the purpose of fulfilling an order) are given your personal information and only to the extent necessary for them to perform their tasks.
USES OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

CORRECTING AND UPDATING PERSONAL INFORMATION

LOST OR STOLEN INFORMATION
You must promptly notify us if your user name or password is lost, stolen or used without your permission. In such an event, we will cancel that account and assign you a new user name and password and update our records accordingly.
