Spalding has several options for continued professional development.

Pre-Recorded Professional Development

Get access to pre-recorded videos to enhance and support your previous Spalding training. This professional development format requires an onsite facilitator, preferably an SCTI, SCT, or someone highly knowledgeable in Spalding procedures.

Onsite Professional Development

Expand your Spalding knowledge. Receive onsite professional development facilitated by a Spalding Certified Teacher Instructor to enhance and support previous Spalding training.

Teacher Observations and Personalized Coaching

Receive personalized onsite or online feedback from a Spalding Certified Teacher Instructor. Observe and celebrate your strengths and identify areas of improvement to increase the fidelity of THE SPALDING METHOD^® in your curriculum.

Custom Professional Development

Obtain custom-built professional development with a Spalding Certified Teacher Instructor. Get your questions answered and get guidance towards supporting previous Spalding training.

Eliminate travel expenses by obtaining guidance through Zoom or receive professional development onsite with a Spalding Certified Teacher Instructor.
