Pre-Requisite: Completion of the Reading Foundations Course with a C or higher.
Become a Spalding Coach. Learn to successfully coach teachers who are implementing and refining THE SPALDING METHOD® procedures using the Spalding Spelling Lesson checklist.
Part 1 – Online training with approximately 85 minutes of videos plus assignments. This self-paced portion of the course must be completed within a three-week time period. Failure to complete all coursework will forfeit onsite observation dates.
Part 2 – Two onsite coaching days (approximately two months apart) with a Spalding Executive Trainer at the participant’s school.
