Shipping: orders are normally shipped within 2 business days from Phoenix, Arizona, 85027.
Return policy: Refunds are given for materials returned in like-new condition within 30 days of purchase and are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Contact Spalding Education for return authorization. DVDs and CDs (electronic media) are not refundable.
